Established 2020 by freelancers Gabriel Foxx and Jakkie Fox, Doppelfoxx is a label focused on bringing life, creativity, and community to online spaces, and helping spread unique content to world. Our greatest loves are the written word, original, powerful content from passionate creators, and getting to share what we make with the world.

Long, long ago, in the expanse of time before the birth of all we know, a boy named Hokkaido ran away. Away from his heritage, away from his old life and home, and away from all he had ever known, never to return. 


Though that name is long lost, and all that it meant is gone forever, his story still perseveres. It is a tale of two brothers. Of war, death, and trial. Of peace, life, and learning. Of a place where Gods walk among men, and swirling sand clashes against unforgiving iron. Even the greatest may fall with the dawn of the sun here, and even the lowest may return with the ascent of the moon.

Influenced by classic epic fantasy but set firmly upon genre-bending, the Trickster Lord is the first official glance into the woven, ever-growing universe of The Twines. The struggle between good and evil is muddier and greyer than ever before here, and the tides of power are constantly cast to and fro by an ever-expanding cast of varied characters vying for precious self-realization.


Can even the most daunting obstacles be overcome, and the greatest mountains climbed? 

Can, against all odds, the spirit of the Trickster rise?
